About
Not a software company that entered logistics.
Logistics operators who built software.
CargoFide exists because we ran the freight desk ourselves — and couldn't find a tool that matched how modern freight forwarding actually works. So we built one.
About CargoFide
A Logistics Control Tower that unifies every shipment, document, quotation, and client interaction into one operational record — replacing the WhatsApp messages, email chains, and Excel trackers that run most mid-market freight operations.
The platform operates across two workspaces: an Admin Console for the freight forwarding team, and a Client Portal for importers and exporters. Both sides share a single source of truth — so what the forwarder records is exactly what the client sees, in real time.
CargoFide's Document Validation & Intelligence Engine (DVIE) adds a machine-reading layer on top of the document workflow: OCR extraction, cross-document discrepancy detection, and cargo intelligence analytics — all without replacing the human judgment that freight compliance demands.
Real-time visibility
Every shipment status, document upload, and client interaction captured instantly — no reconciliation lag.
Audit-ready records
Immutable status history and document version trails that satisfy customs compliance and internal audit.
Two-sided platform
Forwarder and client workspaces share one operational truth — eliminating the "which thread?" problem.
Built for India
IEC codes, GSTIN, INR/USD/EUR multi-currency, and trade lane intelligence for India-origin/destination cargo.
Trust & Backing
A foundation you can contract against.
Operator-first design
Every screen, workflow, and data field was designed by people who process customs documentation, respond to shipping line inquiries, and reconcile freight invoices daily.
No venture capital
CargoFide is built and owned by Sharprising — a profitable operating business. No external investors shaping the product roadmap or forcing premature scale.
Enterprise-grade stack
AWS-hosted PostgreSQL with row-level security, a global edge network, and managed transactional email — GDPR-aware and India-IT-Act compliant by architecture.
