A Logistics Control Tower that unifies every shipment, document, quotation, and client interaction into one operational record — replacing the WhatsApp messages, email chains, and Excel trackers that run most mid-market freight operations.

The platform operates across two workspaces: an Admin Console for the freight forwarding team, and a Client Portal for importers and exporters. Both sides share a single source of truth — so what the forwarder records is exactly what the client sees, in real time.

CargoFide's Document Validation & Intelligence Engine (DVIE) adds a machine-reading layer on top of the document workflow: OCR extraction, cross-document discrepancy detection, and cargo intelligence analytics — all without replacing the human judgment that freight compliance demands.

A licensed customs broker and freight forwarding company headquartered in Nashik, Maharashtra — the operating business that backs CargoFide with real domain expertise.

Sharprising has been active in international trade logistics since its founding, handling import and export cargo across sea, air, and road corridors for clients in the textile, engineering, pharmaceutical, and agricultural sectors.

The team manages end-to-end cargo: booking with shipping lines, documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin), customs clearance at Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and other Indian ports, and last-mile delivery coordination. That operational depth is what makes CargoFide different — every feature was born from a real problem on the freight desk.
